Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at VisionAI GmbH. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of up to 70 e-commerce customers and developing and fostering trustworthy relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of up to 70 e-commerce customers and develop and foster trustworthy relationships with them.
- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to ensure every customer receives appropriate attention and service.
- Advocate for the customer by translating their needs into concrete product requirements.
- Partner with product experts to ensure the seamless onboarding of new customers and set them up for long-term success with VisionAI.
- Deliver professional customer support through various channels.
- Continuously enhance and refine customer relationship management processes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to effectively promote customer adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Spot opportunities for upselling and work closely with the growth manager to create actionable expansion strategies.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in customer-facing roles, handling a broad portfolio of clients, ideally in a SaaS environment. You should have:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, handling a broad portfolio of clients, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Strong skills in prioritization and execution, driven by customer needs, business impact, and growth potential.
- Exceptional communication skills and sales affinity.
- In-depth knowledge of value drivers within recurring revenue business models.
- Analytical mindset paired with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to challenges, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Fluent in both German and English.
