About the Role

VisionAI GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of support and satisfaction for our e-commerce customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of up to 70 e-commerce customers, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth and customer success.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout their journey with VisionAI.
  • Focus on customer-centric prioritization to ensure every customer receives appropriate attention and service, driving customer adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Advocate for the customer by translating their needs into concrete product requirements, working closely with product experts to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success.
  • Deliver professional customer support through various channels, including email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Continuously enhance and refine Customer Relationship Management processes, leveraging data-driven insights to promote customer adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and work closely with the Growth Manager to create actionable expansion strategies, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, handling a broad portfolio of clients, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong skills in prioritization and execution, driven by customer needs, business impact, and growth potential.
  • Exceptional communication skills and sales affinity, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of value drivers within recurring revenue business models, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
  • Analytical mindset paired with a strong sense of accountability and ownership, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to challenges.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
