Job Overview
PowerUs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving account growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customized account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
- Monitor and analyze customer data to inform business decisions and improve customer outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B setting
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluency in English and proficiency in German
