We are an innovative software startup in the Renewable Energy sector, focusing on efficient and cost-effective operation of tenant electricity and other decentralized energy supply concepts. Our solutions enable environmentally friendly business models for energy providers, real estate companies, and operators of renewable energy plants.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Stuttgart or Berlin. As the link between our customers, developers, and sales at Solarize, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve the greatest success with Solarize software.

Responsibilities
  • Central point of contact for the entire customer relationship with Key Accounts
  • Onboarding of new customers from contract signing to productive use of the Solarize SaaS B2B solution
  • Turning customer feedback into Solarize product requirements
  • Regular user training, workshops, and webinars with customers to ensure their successful use of Solarize
  • Building usage data evaluations for the development of campaigns and customer communications
  • Targeted expansion of customer relationships through customer development plans in coordination with sales colleagues
Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Project Management, or Sales
  • Industry experience in Renewable Energy and Tenant Electricity
  • Several years of professional experience with direct customer contact
  • Interest in learning new topics and building a Customer Success strategy
  • Affinity for working with software products
  • Analytical skills, experience in report creation and data analysis, and a passion for strategy implementation
  • International work experience as a significant advantage
  • Fluent in German and English
