As a Technical Adoption Manager, you will act as a key advisor, fostering a cohesive customer experience by utilizing your technical knowledge, communication skills, and collaborative approach to empower clients in maximizing the benefits of Broadcom's technology.

Upon joining the Customer Success Technical Adoption Management team, you will have the chance to express your authentic self while leveraging your skills to make a significant impact on our customers, products, and the organization. Your role will be pivotal in guiding enterprise clients, ensuring they can swiftly and effectively onboard, adopt, and derive business value through strategic planning and technical support throughout their journey.

Success Metrics: What will you aim to achieve in the first year?

In your initial year, you will immerse yourself in the TAM role and collaborate with your designated clients.

  • Complete a structured onboarding program designed to equip you for success.
  • Deepen your technical knowledge in specific areas of Broadcom technology.
  • Within the first month, identify customer business objectives and begin developing a collaborative Success Plan.
  • Engage with clients as a trusted advisor, ensuring optimal execution and recommending enhancements to their operations that drive value. You will partner with customers to expedite their desired outcomes through best practices that facilitate rapid deployment and adoption of Broadcom technologies.
  • Identify customer use cases and opportunities for further adoption initiatives and workshops.
  • Regularly present your achievements and customer progress during Business Reviews.
  • If not already certified, pursue your VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification to support your professional goals.
  • Continuously enhance your technical and soft skills through Broadcom's structured training programs.

Role Responsibilities: What will your daily tasks involve?

As part of the Customer Success Technical Adoption Management team, you will engage with a select group of strategic clients over an extended period. Your activities will be focused on a singular goal: assisting customers in achieving their desired outcomes through the use of Broadcom technology. By supporting our clients, you will also promote the adoption and utilization of the technologies they have acquired.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing a TAM playbook and delivery tools to guide customers through various activities.
  • Creating a Success Plan with objectives aligned to customer needs and business goals.
  • Delivering technology roadmaps and assessments that outline actionable next steps.
  • Providing solution guidance and best practices to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Ensuring operations align with established technology goals and priorities.
  • Offering industry insights and benchmarking to help customers achieve cost savings and mitigate operational risks.
  • Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and feature requests.
  • Utilizing your organizational skills to manage customer plans and drive them to completion.
  • Fostering long-term relationships with clients to create 'customers for life' by collaborating with various internal teams.
