Your Role:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.

  • Participate in diverse projects across operations, service, and sales, driving business growth and expansion.
Your Profile:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong customer-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Fluency in German and good English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
