Job Overview

PowerUs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving account growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customized account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to inform business decisions and improve customer outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in German
