Customer Success Partner Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Partner Manager to join our team at KNIME AG. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, including services companies, resellers, and system integrators.
Key Responsibilities- Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners to ensure their success and growth.
- Customer Success Enablement: Empower a growing list of enterprise accounts and their chosen delivery partners to solve their complex business problems with the adoption, use, and mastery of the KNIME Enterprise software.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to enable partners on customer success activities for their customers, to ensure retention and growth.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with other KNIME teams to realize the goals of our customers and ensure best-in-class onboarding, adoption, and use of KNIME Server software.
- Communication and Feedback: Proactively engage with partners to support them with implementing customer success, and ensure feedback from customers and partners is clearly communicated within KNIME.
- Reporting and Updates: Provide regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders on the progress of renewals and expansion opportunities.
