About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Remote as a Senior Customer Success Manager specializing in Payroll services. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the global employment landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our payroll offerings.

What You Will Contribute

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly within the international Fintech, Payroll, or HR technology sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of global payroll systems and software, with a strong grasp of payroll services.
  • Expertise in leading and managing complex projects across various departments, with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in onboarding, retaining, and nurturing client relationships.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Experience in presenting payroll and HR-related topics to clients and stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding compliance and payroll regulations.
  • A genuine passion for problem-solving and executing strategies in diverse technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Remote's Payroll products and services.
  • Oversee the entire customer journey, fostering long-term partnerships focused on payroll solutions.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and success.
  • Drive client retention and expansion efforts within payroll services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, promoting new payroll features and complementary products.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to our Global Payroll offerings.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance payroll products and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Payroll and Sales teams to set appropriate expectations for clients.
  • Educate clients on essential payroll processes and information to facilitate their success.
  • Monitor client health and manage escalations, particularly regarding payroll-related concerns.
