Role Overview:

kdw HR GmbH & Co. KG - Lübeck is seeking a Strategic Business Development Executive (m/d/w) in the Greater Munich Area to join our team. Our organization is a prominent provider of impact protection solutions tailored for industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in establishing the safest and most efficient work environments
  • Broaden our client base within a designated territory
  • Act as the primary liaison for prospective clients
  • Proactively identify leads through outreach efforts in collaboration with the Sales Development Executive
  • Facilitate introductory meetings with potential clients and present company offerings
  • Manage and enhance CRM systems to ensure accurate customer information
Qualifications:
  • Genuine personality, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication
  • Capability to persuade through focused consultation
  • Dependability, enthusiasm, and commitment to overcoming challenges
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and technology
  • Fluency in German and possession of a valid driver's license
