ESK Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing a client pipeline, focusing on C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identify client challenges and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Engage with clients through cold calls, strategic consultations, and other sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales or Business Development, with a strong track record of success.
  • Competitive, commission-focused mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Strong communication skills and a sociable personality, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and determined to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to €60,000 base (experience-dependent) + uncapped commission (OTE: €80k Y1, €160k Y2, €250k Y3).

Fluency in German and a genuine interest in Finance or Financial Markets are essential.
