As a Sales Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Management: Identify and build relationships with C-level executives, understanding their financial challenges and providing tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Engage with clients through cold calls, strategic consultations, and other communication channels to build trust and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in Sales or Business Development, with a strong understanding of financial markets and solutions.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or business.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Up to €60,000 base salary (experience-dependent) + uncapped commission (OTE: €80k Y1, €160k Y2, €250k Y3)
