Job Overview

The Business Development team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development group, you will be responsible for supporting and leading OEM/Tier1 sales and the commercial aspects of the RFQ process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the advanced development group to support and lead OEM/Tier 1 sales.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from RFQ/RFI review through drafting, issuing price indications, and quotations, and supporting all commercial aspects.
  • Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Translate technical activities into commercial aspects in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, negotiating with strategic customers to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales organization to support multiple OEMs and Tier1s, working within a team environment.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in technical sales and complex selling processes.
  • High level of English and German (verbal and written) language proficiency.
  • BA Degree, with an MBA being an advantage.
  • Technical business background an advantage.
  • Jira and Sales Force experience an advantage.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work in a detail-oriented environment.
