We are a leading company in the automotive industry, specializing in business development and sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage OEM/Tier1 sales and RFQ process, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Handle the full sales lifecycle from RFQ/RFI review to drafting quotations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Translate technical activities into commercial aspects, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, negotiating with strategic clients to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with a team to support multiple OEMs and Tier1s, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of sales and business development principles.
  • Excellent technical sales skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • BA Degree (MBA is a plus), with a strong foundation in business and sales.
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
