About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager Brand Partnerships to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our Marketing & Sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential sponsors and brand partners to secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential sponsors and brand partners.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new partnerships and expand existing ones.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Partnership Management: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution and activation of partnerships.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree or commercial training with relevant professional or educational development.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years sales experience, specifically in sponsorship and brand partnerships, preferably in the motorsport industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German – additional languages an advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders. Proactive and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to create win-win partnerships.
