Strategic Partnerships Manager

As a Corporate Development Manager at Start2 Group, you will play a crucial role in discovering new business avenues, forging strategic alliances, and enhancing revenue streams across Europe.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the Business Development lead throughout the entire sales process and collaborating with various internal teams (Customer Success, Program Execution, and more) to initiate innovative partnerships and projects with both large corporations and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the realms of Corporate Accelerators, Intrapreneurship, and Venture Clienting. Additionally, you will assist in establishing corporate ecosystems across Europe for incoming startups from Asia and the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research to identify and reach out to potential clients in diverse European markets.
- Building and nurturing robust relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
- Creating and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations to prospective customers.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure new business ventures.
- Working alongside internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects, programs, and initiatives.
- Keeping an eye on market trends and competitive activities to uncover new opportunities and potential challenges.
- Analyzing sales and market data to monitor performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Representing the organization at industry events and conferences.
- Acting as a liaison to the Business Development teams in the Americas and Asia.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience targeting Enterprises and/or SMBs in Europe, demonstrating a successful track record in identifying, developing, and closing deals with a proactive 'Hunter' mentality.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from technical experts to business executives.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, adept at securing new business and expanding client relationships.
- In-depth understanding of corporate market trends, dynamics, and challenges.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for fostering growth and achieving ambitious objectives.
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and determination to succeed.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Fluency in both German and English.
