FINN is revolutionizing mobility by offering convenient and flexible car subscriptions. We bring an e-commerce experience to car ownership, accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles. We partner with leading automotive brands and are backed by prominent global investors.

As a Strategic OEM Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in forging and nurturing relationships with top automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). You'll engage with senior executives at these companies, leveraging your expertise to optimize vehicle procurement, negotiation skills, and relationship-building abilities.

By prioritizing data and key performance indicators (KPIs), you will make informed decisions to secure major deals, ensuring our fleet aligns with FINN's ambitious growth plans.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and deepen relationships with leading automotive OEMs and international dealership groups. Position FINN as their preferred partner to secure first-in-line access to exceptional deals.
  • Plan and Optimize the FINN Fleet: Collaborate closely with our Fleet Intelligence team to gain insights into demand and supply planning. Develop a winning strategy for partnering with suppliers and curate an attractive fleet that meets our customers' needs.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Analyze and evaluate offers, negotiate contracts to secure the most favorable terms, and enable profitable pricing for our Fleet. With meticulous attention to detail, minimize risks for FINN and create legally binding sourcing and framework contracts, laying a solid foundation for reliable supply.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, strategy consulting firm, OEMs, rental companies, or online platforms within the automotive industry.
  • Experience in purchasing or sales, and familiarity with the automotive industry is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to effectively convey ideas and build relationships effortlessly.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities, coupled with experience handling contracts and a solid understanding of legal principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of national and international automotive sales markets, their value chains, and residual value development.
  • Highly structured and motivated to optimize existing processes daily. Combine strong problem-solving skills with innovative approaches to overcome challenges.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach and numerical proficiency to optimize for profitability.
  • Fluent in German and English.
