Your Role
In this role, you will drive our efforts to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with leading OEMs in the automotive industry. You will engage with top-tier executives, leveraging your expertise to optimize vehicle procurement, negotiation skills, and ability to build relationships quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sustainable, strategic partnerships with leading automotive OEMs and international dealership groups.
- Plan and ensure an attractive FINN fleet by collaborating with our Fleet Intelligence team to analyze demand and supply planning data.
- Negotiate and close extraordinary deals by analyzing and evaluating offers, negotiating contracts, and minimizing risks for FINN.
Requirements
- Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a similar field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup, strategy consulting firm, or OEMs, rental companies, or online platforms in the automotive industry.
- Experience in purchasing or sales, as well as experience in the automotive industry, is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with experience in handling contracts and a good legal understanding.
- Deep national and advanced continental market knowledge regarding automotive sales, its value chain, and residual value development.
- Fluent in German and English.
