Objective of the Role

Expanding the network is a key strategic focus for our organization, making Partner Sales a significant investment. The Strategic Partnerships Sales Executive will be instrumental in cultivating and advancing business alliances at both local and regional levels. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual, capable of generating their own sales opportunities while effectively converting inquiries driven by central initiatives.

Partnership Sales Initiative

The Partnership Sales Initiative aims to enhance the growth of our global network. We have successfully onboarded numerous Strategic Partnerships Sales Executives who have contributed to signing a substantial number of new partnership agreements. To sustain this remarkable growth trajectory, we are seeking motivated and ambitious sales professionals who are results-oriented. Successful individuals in this role have reaped significant rewards through our incentive programs, with many experiencing promotions and internal career advancements as we continue to invest in this initiative.

Core Responsibilities

  • Delivering new partnership locations annually, contributing to an increase in system revenue.
  • Targeting building owners, franchise operators, and competitors, utilizing a diverse approach to business development.
  • Enhancing awareness and visibility of the partnership offerings through B2B networking.
  • Identifying, contacting, and pitching potential partners through various business development activities, including networking and outreach.
  • Securing partners capable of rapidly expanding our network through the conversion of existing properties or by acquiring new locations.
  • Presenting a range of partnership solutions to prospects, transforming interest into commercial negotiations, and obtaining necessary approvals for new partnership agreements.
  • Finalizing commercial discussions into signed contracts with legal support.
  • Spending considerable time in the field to generate leads, engage with clients, and close deals.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and/or B2B business development within a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.
  • Self-motivated individual accustomed to generating interest and relentlessly pursuing results.
  • Proven track record of quickly identifying and converting deals with dedication and tenacity.
  • Demonstrable history of sourcing and delivering multiple significant deals efficiently.
  • Independent, deal-oriented mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks for success.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey a compelling narrative to diverse audiences.
  • Able to perform under pressure and think independently to generate interest in offerings.
  • Strong business acumen to instill confidence and credibility in the sales process.
  • Professional proficiency in English and fluency in the local language is essential.
