Objective of the Role

Expanding the network is a key strategic focus for our organization, making Partnership Sales a significant investment. The Strategic Partnerships Sales Executive will be instrumental in cultivating and enhancing business collaborations at both local and regional levels. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual, adept at generating their own sales opportunities and swiftly converting inquiries into partnerships.

The Initiative

The Partnership Sales Initiative was established with the aim of accelerating the expansion of our global network. With a team of over 200 Partnership Sales Executives across 50 countries, we have successfully secured more than 1,000 new partnership agreements. To sustain this remarkable growth, we are on the lookout for driven and ambitious sales professionals who are results-oriented. Successful individuals in this role have the potential to earn substantial commissions and enjoy various incentives. Key Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new partner locations annually, contributing to an increase in system revenue exceeding £5m.
  • Targeting building owners, franchise operators, and competitors, utilizing diverse commercial structures for business development.
  • Enhancing market awareness of the partnership offerings through B2B networking.
  • Identifying, contacting, and pitching to potential partners through various business development activities, including networking and outreach.
  • Finding partners capable of driving rapid network growth through existing buildings or securing new locations.
  • Presenting a range of partnership solutions to prospects, transforming interest into negotiations, and obtaining approvals for new partnership agreements.
  • Finalizing commercial discussions into signed contracts with legal support.
  • Spending considerable time in the field to generate leads, engage with clients, and close deals.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and/or B2B business development within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated individual with a focus on generating interest and achieving results.
  • Proven ability to quickly identify and convert deals with determination and commitment.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and executing multiple significant deals (£250k+ investment) efficiently.
  • Independent, results-driven mindset, willing to take calculated risks to achieve success.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey a compelling narrative to diverse audiences.
  • Able to perform under pressure and think independently to generate interest in propositions.
  • Strong business acumen and financial insight to instill confidence in the selling process.
  • Professional proficiency in English and fluency in the local language is essential.
