POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead presentations and collaborate with colleagues on proposals, visual aids, and market research.
  • Analyze market dynamics and client requirements, contributing to strategic discussions with leadership.
  • Oversee the proposal development process, ensuring comprehensive responses to RFPs and integrating content from diverse sources.
  • Identify potential clients, engage with key stakeholders, assess business prospects, and support proposal efforts.
  • Design and execute outbound sales initiatives and business growth strategies.
  • Assist in crafting proposals and pricing strategies for proactive business opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Business Development or similar positions.
  • Proven experience in project management, budget oversight, and cross-channel initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in German (C1/C2 Level) and English (B2 Level).
