Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an international network of relationships within the robotics industry and consistently grow and enhance this network
  • Engage with robot manufacturers and software developers to pinpoint potential collaborations that fortify and advance the Robotics Ecosystem
  • Contribute significantly to the company's ongoing expansion by identifying and persuading global partners
  • Work closely with various teams to address partner requirements and optimize their performance
  • Explore avenues for existing partnerships to generate synergies across the organization
  • Establish long-lasting relationships and collaborations that are mutually beneficial for both the company and its partners
  • Participate in trade exhibitions and events to network and enhance company visibility
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or Key Account Management
  • In-depth knowledge of automation technologies
  • Practical mindset, excellent communication abilities, self-driven, and a strong eagerness to learn
  • Passion for industry trends and business models, achieving objectives through effective and strategic approaches
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills in German and English
