Your mission? To enhance operational efficiency and streamline intralogistic processes in a fast-paced automation environment. This is your opportunity to contribute to modern logistics as a Strategic Partnerships Manager - Robotics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop an international network of connections and partnerships within the robotics industry as a Senior Business Development & Partnerships Manager
- Collaborate with robot manufacturers and software developers to explore potential alliances that strengthen and expand the robotics ecosystem
- Play a crucial role in the company's ongoing growth by identifying and engaging global partners
- Work closely with various teams to address partner requirements and enhance their performance
- Spot opportunities to create synergies across the organization by evaluating existing partnerships comprehensively
- Prioritize the establishment of long-lasting relationships and collaborations that are mutually beneficial for both the organization and its partners
- Participate in industry trade shows and events to network and elevate the company's profile
- Degree in Business Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in Partnership Management, Business Development, or Key Account Management
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software in the realm of automation technology
- A pragmatic mindset and exceptional communication skills, coupled with self-drive and a keen desire to learn
- Interest in emerging trends and business models, achieving objectives through efficiency and strategic initiatives
- Strong communication and organizational abilities in both German and English due to the international nature of the work
