Job Summary:

FleetGO is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the DACH region. As the Head of Sales for this critical market, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and nurturing key relationships.

About the Role:

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales initiatives
  • Conduct sales talks and presentations to showcase FleetGO's logistics software solutions
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Process tenders and participate in trade fairs and conferences to promote FleetGO's brand
  • Document sales activities and performance in our CRM system

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years of management experience
  • Strong networker with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent German and excellent written and spoken English
  • Technical sales experience in the logistics industry, preferably with software solutions
  • Ability to travel and hold a valid class B driver's license
  • Completed commercial or technical training or studies
