DACH Sales Director

Position: Sales Manager DACH Region

As the Sales Manager for the DACH region at FleetGO, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's sales initiatives across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your primary focus will be on expanding our clientele, fostering robust client relationships, and meeting sales objectives within the logistics software sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the sales team
  • Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate our logistics software solutions
  • Collaborate with the back office to prepare proposals and contracts
  • Generate leads and assist in marketing campaigns in partnership with the marketing team
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure successful customer engagements
  • Manage tender processes
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Maintain detailed records of activities in the CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Proven management experience leading teams of 2-9 members
  • Strong networking skills, ambitious, and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in C-level negotiations
  • Extensive experience in technical sales, preferably in logistics
  • Willingness to travel and possess a valid class B driver's license
  • Technical affinity and enjoyment in working with software
  • Completed commercial or technical education or degree
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
