Sales Manager DACH Region

As the Sales Manager for the DACH region at FleetGO, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company's sales initiatives across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your key responsibilities will include a variety of tasks focused on broadening the customer base, fostering client relationships, and meeting sales objectives within the logistics software sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the sales team
  • Attracting new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Conducting sales presentations and discussions regarding our logistics software solutions
  • Collaborating with the back office to prepare proposals and contracts
  • Generating leads and assisting in marketing campaigns alongside the marketing team
  • Meeting sales and revenue goals
  • Working closely with the project team to ensure successful customer engagements throughout the sales process
  • Managing tender submissions
  • Participating in both virtual and in-person events, such as trade fairs and conferences
  • Keeping detailed records of your activities in the CRM system

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive management experience leading teams of 2-9 individuals
  • Strong networking skills, ambition, and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in negotiations at the C-level
  • Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the logistics domain
  • Willingness to travel and possession of a valid class B driver's license
  • A strong affinity for technology and a passion for working with software solutions
  • Completed commercial or technical education or studies
  • Proficiency in German and good command of written and spoken English
