Regional Sales Director DACH

Sales Manager DACH Region
As the Sales Manager for the DACH region at FleetGO, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company's sales initiatives across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your key responsibilities will include a variety of tasks focused on broadening the customer base, fostering client relationships, and meeting sales objectives within the logistics software sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the sales team
- Attracting new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Conducting sales presentations and discussions regarding our logistics software solutions
- Collaborating with the back office to prepare proposals and contracts
- Generating leads and assisting in marketing campaigns alongside the marketing team
- Meeting sales and revenue goals
- Working closely with the project team to ensure successful customer engagements throughout the sales process
- Managing tender submissions
- Participating in both virtual and in-person events, such as trade fairs and conferences
- Keeping detailed records of your activities in the CRM system
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive management experience leading teams of 2-9 individuals
- Strong networking skills, ambition, and a proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in negotiations at the C-level
- Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the logistics domain
- Willingness to travel and possession of a valid class B driver's license
- A strong affinity for technology and a passion for working with software solutions
- Completed commercial or technical education or studies
- Proficiency in German and good command of written and spoken English
