Job Title: Regional Sales Director DACH

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the DACH region. As a key member of our EMEA team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a successful go-to-market strategy, targeting net new business, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a successful go-to-market strategy across the DACH region, leveraging your C-level and executive connections.
  • Target net new business opportunities, identifying and pursuing new sales leads and partnerships.
  • Drive and exceed sales quota by managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the region.
  • Present sales forecasts and reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for future growth.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the OT/IoT software industry or working in an early-stage cyber start-up.
  • Understanding of the industrial environment and its complexities.
  • Proven track record of selling to C-level executives in enterprise businesses.
  • Hands-on and proactive approach to sales and business development.
  • History of overachieving sales quota and driving business growth.
