About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our EMEA team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a successful go-to-market strategy across the DACH region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy to drive sales growth in the DACH region.
  • Target net new business opportunities, leveraging your C-level and executive connections.
  • Manage the entire sales process to drive and exceed quota.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners to drive sales growth.
  • Present sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on OT/IoT software or early-stage cyber startups.
  • Understanding of the industrial environment is a plus.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives in enterprise businesses.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach to sales.
  • History of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
