About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our EMEA team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a successful go-to-market strategy across the DACH region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy to drive sales growth in the DACH region.
- Target net new business opportunities, leveraging your C-level and executive connections.
- Manage the entire sales process to drive and exceed quota.
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners to drive sales growth.
- Present sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on OT/IoT software or early-stage cyber startups.
- Understanding of the industrial environment is a plus.
- Experience selling to C-level executives in enterprise businesses.
- Hands-on, proactive approach to sales.
- History of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
