Sales Manager DACH Region

As the Sales Manager for the DACH region at FleetGO, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's sales initiatives across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your primary focus will be on broadening the customer base, fostering strong client relationships, and meeting sales objectives within the logistics software sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide the sales team to achieve targets
  • Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate our logistics software solutions
  • Collaborate with the back office to prepare proposals and contracts
  • Generate leads and assist in marketing campaigns in partnership with the marketing team
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals
  • Work closely with the project team throughout the sales process to ensure successful customer engagements
  • Manage tender submissions
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Maintain detailed records of activities in the CRM system

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing teams of 2-9 members
  • Strong networking skills, ambitious mindset, and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in negotiations with C-level executives
  • Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably in logistics
  • Willingness to travel and possess a valid class B driver's license
  • Strong affinity for technology and software
  • Completed commercial or technical education or degree
  • Proficiency in German and good command of English, both written and spoken
