Sales Manager DACH Region

As the Sales Manager for the DACH region at FleetGO, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company's sales initiatives across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your primary focus will be on broadening the customer base, fostering strong client relationships, and meeting sales objectives within the logistics software sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide the sales team
  • Drive the acquisition of new clients while nurturing existing partnerships
  • Engage in sales discussions and showcase our logistics software solutions
  • Collaborate with the back office to prepare proposals and contracts
  • Generate leads and assist in marketing campaigns alongside the marketing team
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals
  • Work closely with the project team throughout the sales process to ensure successful customer engagements
  • Manage tender submissions
  • Participate in both virtual and in-person industry events, trade shows, or conferences
  • Maintain thorough documentation of activities in the CRM system

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven management experience leading teams of 2-9 individuals
  • Strong networking skills, ambition, and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in negotiations at the C-level
  • Extensive experience in technical sales, preferably within the logistics domain
  • Willingness to travel and possess a valid class B driver's license
  • A passion for technology and proficiency in software applications
  • Completed commercial or technical education or degree
  • Fluent in German and proficient in written and spoken English
