Exciting Career Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager at Lacework

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in forging new client partnerships and steering the sales journey for both current and prospective customers within your assigned region.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline that surpasses established targets.
  • Conduct regular outreach and meetings to cultivate leads and ensure a high level of daily engagement.
  • Assess potential clients, address concerns, negotiate terms, and successfully finalize agreements.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Lacework offerings to deliver confident product demonstrations.
  • Implement a structured and analytical sales approach.
  • Provide precise sales projections and keep CRM data up to date.
  • Remain informed about technological advancements and industry developments.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a BA/BS degree.
  • At least 10 years of sales experience with individual performance targets.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced SaaS sales, especially in security solutions.
  • Proven capability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, forecasting, and qualification techniques.
  • Self-driven with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
