About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at FreewayCamper. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our franchise partners in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operational responsibilities for 15-20 franchise partners, including onboarding, day-to-day operations, and financial management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with our business development team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure franchise partners are adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, logistics, or management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchise partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to travel regularly within your region, with occasional overnight stays.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
