We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at FERCHAU GmbH. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Collaborate with our project employees to understand their expertise and match them with the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and present customized service portfolios to clients, highlighting the benefits of our solutions.
  • Conduct price and contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Lead and support our project employees, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our regional business strategy, working closely with our leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of success.
  • Completed university studies in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
  • Proficiency in German and a driver's license, with the ability to travel as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
