About the Role

As the Chief Revenue Officer at Deepc, you will play a crucial role in steering our organization through a significant growth trajectory, spearheading all revenue-related initiatives. Your responsibilities will include cultivating a high-performing team aligned with our goals, establishing sustainable operational processes, promoting individual and team development, ensuring client satisfaction, and enhancing our annual recurring revenue (ARR) to facilitate a successful Series B fundraising.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven revenue leader who is passionate about sustainable growth, adept at identifying process improvements, and willing to engage hands-on when necessary. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead in a competitive market, and to excel, you will need to act as an 'intrepreneur' within the organization, driving the revenue function towards success. You should be prepared for an exhilarating journey in the marketing landscape over the next few years.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our Go-to-Market strategy by crafting and executing the company’s revenue approach, focusing on market penetration, customer segmentation, pricing optimization, and product-market alignment to enhance revenue growth and maximize global market share.
  • Facilitate a seamless transition for our CEO & Founder from management duties in the commercial sector as the company gears up for expansion.
  • Oversee a global team of revenue leaders across various functions including professional services, commercial operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing revenue team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Mentor team members to ensure their continuous professional development and success.
  • Assist in managing a recent acquisition, including integrating commercial team members and designing an effective commercial structure.
  • Enhance revenue operations by implementing robust forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics. Leverage data-driven insights for informed decision-making, driving revenue predictability and operational efficiency.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, establishing clear objectives, targets, and KPIs. Cultivate a high-performance sales culture, refine sales processes, and promote ongoing improvements in sales effectiveness.
  • Guide the marketing team to synchronize sales and marketing strategies, ensuring a unified approach to lead generation, brand positioning, and customer acquisition. Execute impactful marketing campaigns that generate quality leads and support revenue objectives.
  • Lead the customer success team to boost customer retention, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Develop and implement customer success initiatives that maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Create precise revenue forecasts, financial models, and planning initiatives. Monitor revenue performance, pinpoint gaps, and deploy strategies to achieve or surpass revenue goals.
Your Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success as a revenue leader in a high-growth technology scale-up, particularly in B2B sales and revenue generation, with experience as a CRO, C-Suite, or VP of Revenue during a scaling phase from 10 million to 100 million ARR.
  • Played a key role in securing a Series B funding.
  • Experience in executing Go-to-Market strategies for public sector-focused companies, ideally in healthcare, including tender-focused new business sales.
  • Proven sales experience at the 70-100K ACV price point in a SaaS environment.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in revenue leadership roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a revenue leadership capacity within a Series A startup or fast-paced setting.
  • Experience representing the full revenue organization in executive and board meetings.
  • Strategic thinker capable of translating Go-to-Market strategies into actionable plans while being hands-on when necessary.
  • Proficient in utilizing data and analytics to inform evidence-based Go-to-Market strategies and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet ambitious revenue targets in a competitive landscape.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the capacity to convert insights into actionable revenue strategies and operational plans.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management abilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Experience in developing and executing revenue operations processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying revenue strategies, results, and initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.

  • In-depth understanding of international people practices and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and managing teams that utilize this core system.
  • Business fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with the tech industry, market trends, and emerging technologies, coupled with a passion for innovation and disruption.
  • Experience in selling enterprise-level solutions within the healthcare sector.
  • Background in selling AI solutions to traditional markets.
