About the Role

As the Chief Revenue Officer at Deepc, you will play a crucial role in steering our organization through a significant growth trajectory, spearheading all revenue-related initiatives. Your responsibilities will include cultivating a high-performing team aligned with our goals, establishing sustainable processes, promoting individual and team development, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing our annual recurring revenue (ARR) to facilitate future funding rounds.

We are in search of a dynamic and driven revenue leader who is passionate about sustainable growth, adept at identifying process improvements, and ready to take a hands-on approach when necessary. This position offers the chance to lead in a competitive market, and success will require you to act as an 'intrepreneur' within the organization, guiding the revenue function towards excellence. You should be prepared for an intense and exhilarating journey in the marketing domain over the next few years.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our Go-to-Market strategy by crafting and executing the company’s revenue plan, focusing on market penetration, customer segmentation, pricing optimization, and product-market alignment to drive revenue expansion and maximize global market share.
  • Facilitate a seamless transition for our CEO & Founder as they step back from management duties in the commercial sector while the company scales.
  • Oversee a global team of revenue leaders across various functions including professional services, commercial operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing revenue team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Provide mentorship and support for team members to ensure their ongoing professional development.
  • Assist in managing a recent acquisition, which includes integrating commercial team members and designing an optimal commercial structure.
  • Enhance revenue operations by implementing effective forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions, enhance revenue predictability, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Offer strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, establishing clear objectives, targets, and KPIs. Cultivate a high-performance sales culture, refine sales processes, and drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness.
  • Lead the marketing team to synchronize sales and marketing strategies, ensuring a unified approach to lead generation, brand positioning, and customer acquisition. Execute impactful marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and support revenue goals.
  • Guide the customer success team to boost customer retention, promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Develop and implement initiatives that maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Create precise revenue forecasts, financial models, and planning initiatives. Monitor revenue performance, identify gaps, and implement strategies to achieve or surpass revenue targets.
Your Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success as a revenue leader in a high-growth technology scale-up, particularly in B2B sales and revenue generation, with experience operating as a CRO or in similar executive roles during significant growth phases.
  • Experience in raising Series B funding.
  • Proven track record in executing Go-to-Market strategies within public sector-focused companies, ideally in healthcare.
  • Experience selling at the 70-100K ACV price point in SaaS.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in revenue leadership roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Series A startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience representing the revenue organization at executive and board meetings.
  • Strategic thinker capable of translating Go-to-Market strategies into actionable plans while being hands-on when necessary.
  • Proficient in leveraging data and analytics to drive evidence-based Go-to-Market strategies and decision-making.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious targets in competitive markets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to convert insights into actionable revenue strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Experience in developing and implementing revenue operations processes, including forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying revenue strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong understanding of international employment practices and laws.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and experience managing related functions.
  • Business fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • In-depth knowledge of the technology sector, market trends, and emerging technologies, with a passion for innovation.
