Your Role
As the Vice President of Customer Growth, you will be instrumental in shaping FINN's strategies for customer retention and expansion. Collaborating closely with the Chief Growth Officer, you will devise and implement a holistic strategy focused on enhancing customer success and loyalty. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding our Customer Success teams, ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and value from our services.

Your Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, and nurture a high-performing retention and expansion team of over 20 members, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
- Develop and execute strategies for customer retention and expansion across both B2B and B2C markets, with a focus on the Mid Market segment.
- Leverage data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions that enhance customer retention and growth, owning key performance indicators such as annual recurring revenue and retention rates.
- Define the approach to customer success, ensuring a structured and results-oriented methodology that aligns with FINN's objectives.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure that the needs of existing customers are effectively addressed.
Your Profile
- Over 4 years of leadership experience in a high-growth environment, particularly in Customer Success or Key Account Management, with essential B2B experience; B2C experience is advantageous.
- While industry experience is flexible, familiarity with products that involve recurring relationships and high-value transactions is preferred.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong capacity to lead and motivate teams.
