Your Role
As the Vice President of Customer Growth, you will be instrumental in shaping FINN's strategies for customer retention and expansion. Collaborating closely with the Chief Growth Officer, you will craft and implement a holistic strategy designed to enhance customer success and loyalty. You will oversee our Customer Success teams, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and value from our services.

Your Responsibilities
  • Recruit, lead, and nurture a high-performing retention and expansion team of over 20 members, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
  • Develop and execute retention and expansion strategies targeting both B2B and B2C markets, with a focus on the Mid Market segment.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions that enhance customer retention and growth, while owning key performance indicators such as ARR and retention rates.
  • Establish a structured and outcome-oriented approach to customer success that aligns with FINN's objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the needs of existing customers are met effectively.

Your Profile
  • A minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in a high-growth environment, particularly in Customer Success or Key Account Management, with B2B experience being essential.
  • While industry experience is flexible, familiarity with products that involve recurring relationships and high-value transactions is preferred.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong ability to inspire and lead teams.
