Role Summary:

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned Regional Sales Director to spearhead business development initiatives and foster growth within the DACH market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities and oversee client accounts across the DACH region
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate product innovation and market introduction
  • Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis
  • Formulate and implement strategic growth plans
  • Establish and nurture robust client relationships

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in motors, fans, and industrial HVAC&R systems
  • Degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in pertinent sectors
  • Established network within the industry
  • Exceptional communication abilities with proficiency in English and German
  • Self-driven and focused on achieving results
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
