Job Title: Regional Sales Director

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the German market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the German market, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the semiconductor and electronics industry, with a focus on the German market.
  • Language Skills: Fluent German and English language skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
