Key Responsibilities As the DACH Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives within the DACH region and serving as the primary representative in the market. The ideal candidate will be tasked with crafting and executing strategic sales plans aimed at expanding our customer base, meeting sales objectives, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: Formulating a comprehensive business strategy through precise forecasting, holding Regional Distributors accountable, and aligning operational teams. Developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance revenue generation. Identifying and pursuing new business prospects, including partnerships and key accounts, to broaden market reach. Building and nurturing robust relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers in potential client organizations. Collaborating with international teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product offerings and market needs. Analyzing regional market trends and customer requirements to provide insights for product development and adjustments to sales strategies. Leading the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and effectively closing deals. Achieving the established KPIs for the fiscal year. Conducting business reviews with key partners. Representing the company in the market, fostering relationships with key partners, clients, and prospects. Collaborating efficiently with team members. Interpreting sales data from accounts and devising swift plans to stay ahead of competitors, mitigate risks, and boost sales. Facilitating introductions to top clients, accounts, and distributors. Willingness to travel up to 5% as required. Performing additional duties as needed. Qualifications for Success A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is essential. A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 2 years of experience in EMEA or MENA regions. At least 2 years of management experience. Proven ability to establish strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels. Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market dynamics. Proficient in IT skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Effective in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines. Strong collaborative skills within a team setting. Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both German and English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally as required. Strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
