In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting, executing, and achieving the sales strategy and revenue objectives for your designated properties. Your commercial acumen will drive B2B sales performance, enhance market presence, and meet defined revenue goals. You will cultivate relationships with both existing and prospective B2B clients, leveraging various channels including Travel Management Companies (TMCs), Serviced Apartment Booking Agencies (SABAs), and other intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve targeted B2B room nights and revenue.
  • Create tailored Sales and Marketing Plans for each property, detailing activities to optimize business mix and channel performance.
  • Set account growth and new business objectives, guiding your team in formulating actionable plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing regional sales team, ensuring alignment with strategic sales goals.
  • Recruit and nurture talented sales professionals who embody resilience, tenacity, and our core values.
