About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Director of Sales to join our team at edyn. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our market share in Northern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve budgeted B2B room nights and revenue targets.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver commercial objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product offerings that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Significant B2B sales experience with a strong track record of delivering sales growth through strategic account development in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience of leading and managing teams and driving sales performance in a fast-moving, challenging, and multi-channel environment.
  • High-performing, results-driven individual with a passion for delivering commercial targets.
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully developing and implementing a B2B sales strategy across an organization.
  • Successful track record of working in collaboration with and as part of senior leadership teams with excellent communications and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to operationalize strategic plans into tangible, sustainable results.
  • Detail-focused and analytical, strong organizational and prioritization skills, commercially aware, numerate with the ability to identify opportunities.
