Key Responsibilities As the Regional Sales Director, you will hold the primary responsibility for cultivating and driving sales within the DACH region while serving as the principal representative in the market. The ideal candidate will be tasked with formulating and executing strategic sales initiatives to broaden our customer base, meet sales objectives, and stimulate revenue growth. Your responsibilities will encompass: Crafting a comprehensive business strategy through precise forecasting, ensuring accountability among Regional Distributors, and aligning operational teams. Developing and implementing sales tactics to foster revenue expansion. Identifying and pursuing new business avenues, including partnerships and key accounts, to enhance market visibility. Building and nurturing robust relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers within potential client organizations. Collaborating with International teams to synchronize sales strategies with product offerings and market needs. Analyzing regional market dynamics and customer preferences to provide insights for product innovation and sales strategy refinement. Leading the complete sales process, from prospecting to preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and effectively closing deals. Achieving the established KPIs for the fiscal year. Conducting business reviews with key partners. Representing the company in the market, fostering relationships with key partners, clients, and prospects. Collaborating efficiently with team members. Interpreting sales data and formulating proactive plans to stay ahead of competitors, mitigate risks, and enhance sales. Facilitating introductions to top clients, accounts, and distributors. A small percentage of travel will be necessary. Performing additional duties as required. Qualifications for Success Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing or a related field is essential. A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience and at least 2 years of experience working across EMEA or MENA regions is required. At least 2 years of management experience is necessary. Proven ability to forge strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels. Comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends. Proficient IT skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both German and English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally as required. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
