We are seeking a Regional Director of Sales for Northern Europe to spearhead our sales initiatives across a diverse portfolio of properties.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting, strategizing, and executing the sales plan to meet revenue objectives within your designated portfolio. You will oversee the B2B sales performance, aiming to enhance our market presence, increase room night sales, and achieve specified revenue goals. Your focus will be on nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective B2B clients, leveraging partnerships with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), Serviced Apartment Booking Agencies (SABAs), and other intermediaries.

You will lead a dynamic sales team, ensuring the implementation of strategic sales goals to meet budgeted revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for your portfolio to achieve budgeted B2B room nights and revenue. Create and maintain tailored Sales and Marketing Plans for each property, detailing activities to reach the desired business mix. Define growth targets and new business objectives, guiding your team in developing actionable plans to meet revenue goals. Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing regional sales team to implement strategies that drive revenue growth. Recruit and mentor top-tier sales professionals who embody resilience, determination, and our core values. Represent the voice of our business clients within the organization, gaining insights from market intelligence and customer feedback. Collaborate with various teams to enhance our customer offerings and improve the overall customer experience. Guide your team in effectively promoting our services and negotiating agreements to establish edyn as a preferred partner.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven B2B sales experience with a strong record of driving sales growth in the hospitality sector. Experience in leading teams and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment. Results-oriented individual with a commitment to achieving commercial objectives. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful B2B sales strategies. Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside senior leadership teams. Ability to translate strategic plans into measurable outcomes. Detail-oriented, analytical, and commercially savvy, with strong organizational skills. Comfortable navigating a matrix organization and working collaboratively towards shared goals.
