Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at myCraftnote Digital GmbH. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing measures to enhance customer experiences, building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships, and supporting customer onboarding through training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer support through training sessions, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of our platform
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collect and incorporate customer feedback into product development and improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive customer success and business growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Customer Success Management and/or customer support
  • Strong technical understanding and affinity for software solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customer needs
  • Proactive, independent work style with a collaborative approach
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Nice to have: familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk
