About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of homify by developing new business streams for our English and German speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the overall business plan to exceed targets and goals, developing strategic sales and marketing plans and mindshare in accounts.
  • Utilize solution-based selling techniques and develop strong relationships with account leadership and product partners.
  • Prospect new account opportunities and deliver sales and revenue growth.
  • Respond to RFPs by offering compelling business cases and being the expert on our Enterprise Project offerings.
  • Establish and manage relevant contractual agreements with corporate clients and strategic partners.

About You

We are looking for someone with outstanding sales and negotiation skills, as well as a good understanding of business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Good experience in business development and sales, ideally face-to-face and telecommunication.
  • Strong experience with solution and/or consultative selling techniques.
  • Advantage if you bring knowledge or contacts from key players in the Home and Living space, and if you understand the main business metrics and models in this field.
  • Fluent in English and German.
