About the Role:

EcoVadis is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise sales team in Berlin, Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing the company's recurring revenue in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an ambitious sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and coach the Enterprise sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure effective use of tools like Salesforce and Salesloft
  • Act as a role model for the team and embody the EcoVadis core values

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn
  • Enterprise SaaS solution sales or consultative sales skills
  • Experience approaching and building successful client and prospect meetings with C-level/VP executives
  • Familiarity with Sustainability, CSR, ESG
  • Superior communications skills in German and English
