Sales Director, Enterprise Solutions

About the Role:
EcoVadis is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise sales team in Berlin, Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing the company's recurring revenue in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an ambitious sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Lead and coach the Enterprise sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Collaborate with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure effective use of tools like Salesforce and Salesloft
- Act as a role model for the team and embody the EcoVadis core values
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn
- Enterprise SaaS solution sales or consultative sales skills
- Experience approaching and building successful client and prospect meetings with C-level/VP executives
- Familiarity with Sustainability, CSR, ESG
- Superior communications skills in German and English
