About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Inside Sales Team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and a deep understanding of sales strategy and operations.

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and building and leading a high-performing sales team. You will also collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketing and Product, to ensure alignment and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets
  • Manage sales performance, including sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including sales managers and sales representatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment and drive business results
  • Manage sales operations, including sales process development and implementation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a B2B sales environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of sales strategy and operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with other departments
