Figma is a leading design and collaboration platform that empowers teams to create and innovate together. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth through strategic sales and customer engagement.

This role will involve building strong relationships with our existing customer base and identifying new opportunities to expand our presence in the enterprise market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of large organizations.

The Enterprise Sales Executive will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This will involve analyzing internal data to understand customer usage and behavior, and using this insights to inform sales approaches and product development.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and customer success. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer data and inform sales approaches
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the enterprise market
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
