Job Description

To enhance our Strategic Sales Team, we are seeking a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced Key Account Manager to oversee revenue expansion and funnel management for a Strategic Automotive Account. This individual should possess the capability to collaborate with internal sales teams and distribution partners to stimulate new design initiatives, accurately monitor and predict revenue, engage technically with engineers, integrate our products into new design projects, strategically prioritize key accounts, demonstrate business insight to advance Renesas with strategic clients, and cultivate essential relationships with customer executive leadership, engineering teams, procurement, and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities

Account Manager accountable for revenue enhancement and design funnel development Direct responsibility for driving opportunity identification, design integration, and revenue conversion – comprehensive funnel management Responsible for precise forecasting of customer revenue on a monthly basis Capability to drive design successes both directly and through distribution Collaborate with Field Application Engineers and manage technical resources across various Business Units Understand competitive landscape and increase market presence to deepen relationships with customers in the region Highly driven to promote solution-oriented silicon products

Qualifications

Engineering degree from a recognized university - preferably in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Strong understanding of semiconductors, particularly in MCU, SoC, Analog & Power devices Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset Clear and timely communication and reporting Proficient in English; knowledge of German is advantageous Competent in MS-Office applications Valid Driver's License Company Description
